Yeah, we have thought about that...but then Judy couldn't jump on the fence and get hugs, pets, and love from them -- as much as I hate ALL their cars, I just love that they love her so much!
You know I'm not sure about St. Paul but in Minneapolis it's a code violation to park on the lawn, or to store an inoperable vehicle where it is visible. If you really want it gone, call the city hotline and report it.
