warm lefsa

Geez.

My Dad sent me a package from Norsland Lefsa. Which was delivered by Speedy Delivery. I missed it on Tuesday so I gave them a call and they said it would be here on Wednesday. It didn't arrive on Wednesday. I gave them a call again today and they said it would be here by 3 pm. Well, it is not here and I am starting to get really perturbed. I am really in the mood for some warm sugary lefsa. I guess they are not so speedy.

I bet they opened my package and ate it all.

I wouldn't blame them.

Lefsa is gooood.

Anne,
Thank you so much for the Holiday Greetings (X-mas card isn't politcally correct anymore I guess). It's always great to hear from you. I can't wait to see you over the break. Let me know where the tradition of Christmas eve breakfast will be. I'll be there!

Amanda, It is a Scandinavian treat made from potatoes...very thin, like a crepe. People spread jam or butter or sugar on it and roll it up and eat it. It really is my favorite treat during the Holidays.
