Walked home from work and there was finally some sun out!
Watched an amazing Oprah this afternoon. The show was about healthy living, which foods are best, how much water to drink a day, etc. I wrote everything down and it was very informative. Nuts, whole grains, fish, fiber, omega 3, Vitamin D, folic acid, vegetables and fruits, coffee, and red wine are all a must!
Going to watch The Amazing Race tonight, only four teams remain. Paige and I are going to apply soon, we think we would be a perfect team.
